Once we have a plan to work we can begin the installation process. If we have not produced the plan for you, the first step will to provide an estimate based on your own plans. If you have opted for our Garden Design Service this will already include accurate costings.
We will then agree a project plan with you and assign a project manager. Throughout the project we will monitor the work against our in-house quality standards and progress against project milestones. As standard we build in contingency which is usually enough to compensate for any unforeseen circumstances. However, your project manager will inform you if the risk of an overrun becomes high for whatever reason.
One month after completing the garden we will ask you to complete a snagging list detailing any minor problems, if any, that you are having with the installation. If necessary, we will send a member of our installation team to deal with snagging issues. |
