Good basic scooter, does the job. For really young children aged 2 - 3 years then a 3 wheeled scooter eg Mini-Micro is better.

Not recommended for four year olds but that is who I bought one for and my granddaughter loves it. One criticism. The possibilities for adjusting handlebar height are limited. She could have it low or chopper height but nothing in between.
